*if you aren’t a beginner to ashtanga yoga you can arrange your practice dates according to your arrival and departure preferences as long as you respect the minimum 6 days of practice required.



mysore class Monday-Saturday:
come in between 7:00 am and 8:15 am

Monday beginners initiation:
8:15 am - 9:15 am practice, 9:30 am (brief discussion, Q&A)

weekly chanting and pranayama:
Wednesday 10:15 am - 11:30 am

weekly conference/in-depth class:
Friday 10:15 am - 11:30 am

off-shala gatherings:
brunch, early dinner, beach time, boat/trip (once/twice per week).
